ALL PERSONS ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING OFF-ROAD CHAMPION, ITS WEBSITE, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, OR RELATED SERVICES AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE (“TERMS”).

These Terms govern your use of Off-Road Champion, which is owned and operated by Pixel Pirate Studio LLC (“Pixel Pirate Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

  1. OWNERSHIP & SERVICE DESCRIPTION

1.1 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to Off-Road Champion, its software, gameplay systems, tournaments, websites, applications, art, code, trademarks, and content are owned by Pixel Pirate Studio LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

1.2 Services Covered

These Terms apply to all products and services operated by Pixel Pirate Studio LLC, including:

  • the Off-Road Champion mobile game
    • official websites and leaderboards
    • tournaments and competitions
    • payment systems and reward programs
    • downloadable content and updates
    • marketing and promotional materials
    • merchandise, toys, apparel, and physical products
    • community forums and social channels
    • any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Any informational content provided is for general purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

  1. USER SUBMISSIONS

Any information or materials you submit through the Service are handled pursuant to our Privacy Policy.

The Service may include third-party links or integrations, including payment processors such as Chimoney.

Pixel Pirate Studio does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their actions or content.

  1. CONDITIONS OF USE

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

  • cheat, exploit, or manipulate gameplay
    • use bots or automation
    • hack systems or accounts
    • harvest data
    • interfere with servers
    • impersonate others
    • target minors
    • spam
    • reverse engineer
    • resell accounts or services
    • develop competing products
    • encourage others to violate these Terms.
  1. TOURNAMENTS & SKILL-BASED PLAY

Off-Road Champion includes skill-based competitions.

Winners are determined solely by performance metrics such as race times and leaderboard rankings.

No element of chance determines outcomes.

  1. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in tournaments offering cash or cryptocurrency prizes.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. PAYMENTS, CASH & CRYPTO PRIZES

8.1 Payments

Players may earn rewards through tournaments.

Payouts are processed via Chimoney or other approved payment providers.

Players may view and manage winnings in the Account section of the Game.

All payouts are subject to:

  • Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) verification
    • Anti-Money-Laundering (“AML”) screening
    • minimum withdrawal limits
    • geographic availability
    • regulatory compliance.

Pixel Pirate Studio is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party providers.

8.2 Transaction & Service Fees

Off-Road Champion and Pixel Pirate Studio LLC may charge transaction, processing, or service fees for withdrawals, cashouts, cryptocurrency transfers, or other payout-related activity within the Game.

Such fees may include platform fees, payment processor fees, blockchain network fees, or administrative charges.

All applicable fees will be disclosed in-app prior to completing a withdrawal.

Service fees are subject to change at any time, including on a per-transaction or regional basis, subject to applicable law.

8:3 Crypto Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency values are volatile and may fluctuate significantly.

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • crypto prices may rise or fall
    • conversion rates may change between winning and payout
    • blockchain transactions may be irreversible
    • network fees may apply
    • regulatory treatment of crypto may change
    • some wallets or assets may not be supported in all regions.

Pixel Pirate Studio is not responsible for losses caused by market volatility or blockchain network issues.

  1. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING & COMPLIANCE

We comply with financial-crime prevention laws and reserve the right to:

  • request identity documents
    • suspend payouts
    • freeze accounts
    • report suspicious activity
    • deny access to tournaments.

Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of rewards.

  1. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

10.1 Data Protection

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.

However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that data transmission involves inherent risk.

Pixel Pirate Studio is not liable for breaches caused by third-party processors, network failures, or events beyond our control.

10.2 Parental Controls

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ access to devices and restricting purchases or gameplay using platform-provided tools.

Participation in prize-based tournaments is restricted to users 18 years of age or older.

The Service may contain advertisements and promotions.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

PIXEL PIRATE STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXEL PIRATE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • LOST PROFITS
    • LOST DATA
    • INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
    • PAYMENT PROVIDER FAILURES
    • TOURNAMENT DISPUTES
    • TECHNICAL INTERRUPTIONS.

All contests and rewards are operated solely by Pixel Pirate Studio.

  1. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Additionally, at any time and in our sole discretion, we may:

  • restrict access to the Service in certain states or countries
    • prohibit tournament participation in certain jurisdictions
    • modify payout methods by region
    • impose eligibility limits based on law or regulation.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

  1. GENERAL

These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

The arbitration shall take place in California, USA, unless otherwise required by law.

Each party waives the right to a jury trial.

  1. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that:

  • disputes must be brought in your individual capacity
    • you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action.

If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision shall be null and void solely as to that claim.

  1. NFT & DIGITAL TOKEN DISCLOSURES

NFTs, Digital Tokens & Blockchain Assets

From time to time, Off-Road Champion or Pixel Pirate Studio LLC may offer or integrate blockchain-based digital assets, including non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”), in-game tokens, or other cryptographic assets (“Digital Assets”).

Participation in any NFT or token-related feature is optional.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital Assets may fluctuate in value or become worthless
    • ownership may be subject to smart-contract terms
    • blockchain transactions are irreversible
    • wallets are provided by third parties, not Pixel Pirate Studio
    • loss of private keys or access credentials cannot be recovered by us
    • regulatory treatment may change
    • certain jurisdictions may prohibit participation
    • Digital Assets may not be redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated
    • future utility is not guaranteed
    • marketplaces may impose fees or restrictions.

Pixel Pirate Studio does not guarantee liquidity, resale value, or continued availability of any Digital Asset.

No Investment or Financial Advice

NFTs, tokens, and Digital Assets are provided solely for entertainment and gameplay purposes.

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

Suspension, Removal & Regulatory Compliance

Pixel Pirate Studio reserves the right to:

  • modify or discontinue Digital Asset features
    • disable trading or transfers
    • freeze blockchain-related functionality
    • restrict access by region
    • comply with regulatory requests
    • revoke assets obtained through fraud or exploits.
